The Burnout to Better Coaching Programme
Avoid burnout - create more time and energy for you
As a high achiever, you’re likely to be already successful at work and in life, but trying to do it all may be leaving you exhausted, overwhelmed and heading for burn out.
Right now it might feel like you are spinning too many plates and at any moment one is going to drop.
Perhaps you are already noticing the drain that it’s having on your energy, the negative effect on your health and well-being, the lack of time for yourself in all of this.
If only there were more hours in the day, right?
Maybe you’ve tried to take time off to catch up on life admin. Or, booked a mini-break to rest and recharge. But it’s hard to switch off, and with your home life as busy as ever, that initial relief you feel is fleeting. You know on your first day back in the office, there’ll be a gazillion more emails waiting for you.
How will coaching help you?
Working one-to-one with a coach will give you the space and time to think more clearly about your own needs.
Through coaching you will:
discover how to create boundaries to support your work-life balance
learn how to use self-compassion to make your well-being a priority.
uncover the unconscious beliefs that are adding to your overwhelm and learn how to shift them.
understand how harnessing the power of your emotions can help you make better decisions.
create more time and space for you.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
This is a bespoke coaching programme, so it will be tailored specifically to your needs. We’ll spend the first session setting goals for the coaching and finding out all about you, what lights you up, what brings you down and what you want from work and life.
We’re likely to cover the following areas over the length of the coaching programme:
1. Intentional Living
Discover your purpose, values and vision. Get clear on what’s important to you now and for your future.
2. Shifting unhelpful beliefs
Understand the unconscious beliefs that add to your overwhlem and hold you back. Learn how to shift them to a more helpful narrative.
3. Boundaries
Learn where you need to set boundaries, and how to maintain them for a healthy work-life balance.
4. Work with your inner critic
Find out what your inner critic really wants and learn how to quieten it so that it takes up less of your time, energy and headspace.
5. Power up your inner leader
Work on the relationship you have with yourself. Get to know your inner leader to access more compassion, patience and joy.
6. Emotional Intelligence
Understand your emotions, learn how to manage them, and use them in a
positive way.
“Coaching with Kellie helped me get out my head. After just two sessions, I learnt to understand my thoughts more which then helped me with various work situations. I also loved the whole focus on saboteurs, which was a really insightful approach to get started.”
Hannah, Stirling

Working on yourself with a coach will save you time overall.
Of course, you don’t need to invest in a coach – you could do this work by yourself if you have the skills and resources. Coaching will help you get there more quickly though – saving you time.
You are already too busy - doing all the things. I’d like to help you create more time for yourself, your work and your family – so that you feel less busy and more fulfilled.

“Kellie helped me to realise that my thoughts are separate to myself; that I can view them from a state of curiosity from afar, instead of allowing them to quickly spiral into anxieties and catastrophising. She took time to really understand the way I speak to and view myself, and through techniques like visualisations, she helped me shift this dialogue to one that is kinder.”
