What my clients say
Some kind words from my clients about what it’s like to work with me.
“2021 is looking very busy thanks to Kellie.”
“As a performer new to writing I had overwhelming battles with my self-critic. Kellie's exercises helped me find ways to overcome these blocks. Not only have I written my first play, but I've received a prestigious grant to support my writing. My sessions with Kellie have laid the foundation of this new venture within my creative practice.
I'm eternally grateful for her warm professionalism. She has passed on excellent strategies to help nurture my artistic impulses to fruition. She has a great ability to ask the questions, allowing space in the sessions for reflection. Her lack of judgement and faith in my own inner compass has given me great belief in my ability to discover the answers.
2021 is looking very busy thanks to Kellie.”

“I made some amazing breakthroughs.”
“I really enjoyed my time with Kellie. Although understandably at times coaching was challenging, Kellie made me feel very safe and not judged at all. She lived my journey with me, and I could really feel her passion for her work and for helping her clients.
I made some amazing breakthroughs with her and she taught me to see things in a new and interesting light. I would highly recommend Kellie to anyone who is looking to see things in a new perspective and grow.”

“I learnt that I’m stronger than I thought.“
“I had had some coaching sessions before but not on a one-to-one basis, so was a little intimidated and unsure as to what to expect. However, I needn’t have worried. Kellie was so easy to get along with and to talk to. She really encouraged me to dig deep to find the answers to my problems and to give me clear ways in which to help me overcome them.
Through the coaching I learnt that I’m stronger than I thought and know how to deal with my limiting beliefs, this is thanks to Kellie helping me to see my full potential.
I would definitely recommend Kellie. She is caring, professional and may, at times, push you out of your comfort zone, which is a good thing. She will be able to give you the tools you need to overcome the issues you face.“

“Her ability to help me focus has seen my company grow.”
“I have been working with Kellie for several months and she is a truly inspirational coach. Her ability to help me focus on what is important to drive my educational business forwards has seen my company grow.
Kellie is a good listener and able to summarise my many ideas into three or four main action points. As a working single Mum, I often feel overwhelmed by all the juggling.
Kellie helps to unscramble the chaos that I often feel surrounds me and not feel guilty about changing my daily agenda to accommodate a new situation. Early on in running my business, I realised that there were elements that I didn’t feel confident with and tended to avoid.
Kellie instinctively recognised these strengths and weaknesses and provided me with strategies to tackle the aspects of running a business I found difficult.
As well as being a coach, Kellie is genuinely a nice person and able to impart her extensive business knowledge and ideas in an informative manner. Her help has been invaluable and I have no hesitation in recommending her services to any other small business that wants to grow and develop under her guidance.”

“I feel a lot more positive about myself.”
“Before my coaching sessions I was pretty aimless. I wanted to look for a new role that would satisfy me more, but I didn’t know quite how to identify what that role was. I was also suffering from low self-esteem.
Sometimes you just need someone with those very particular people skills, who doesn’t know you, to listen and ask pertinent questions in order to make you stop and think about things in a different way. That is exactly what Kellie does and she does it in a professional, yet relaxed and friendly manner and is 100% focused on you during the sessions.
For me, she suggested some exercises that were targeted to my specific situation and encouraged me to explore sides of myself I wouldn’t have thought could be turned into a career. She also challenged me to face my demons, which was pretty scary, but it really did help me figure out what was holding me back and I was then able to find a way to move forward.
In just six sessions with Kellie I was back on track. She has really helped me a lot, working with her has given me focus and now I feel a lot more positive about myself and I have renewed enthusiasm for my job search.”

“She has pushed me to take action in various areas of my life.”
“Kellie is a warm, patient, and intelligent coach. She has helped me to identify some core questions that I have and she has encouraged me to think about them in a more focused way. Throughout our sessions together, Kellie has shown a genuine desire to guide me to make choices that will improve my situation and she has pushed me to take action in various areas of my life.”

“I recommend Kellie without any doubt.”
“An hour passed so fast! I enjoyed it a lot and found the sessions very useful. Kellie listens to you and gently brings you to the track you need at the moment. One of the exercises we did was discovering my ‘inner leader’ and later on I used it when I was in a difficult situation. Honestly, it helped me a lot and I am still using my ‘inner leader’. I recommend Kellie without any doubt.”

“Coaching with Kellie helped me get out my head.”
“Coaching with Kellie helped me get out my head, to separate all these thoughts whizzing around and really to just settle on what I wanted to focus on and work on, bit by bit. In just two sessions, I learnt to understand my thoughts more which then helped me with various work situations. It isn't counselling, it is a methodical approach to helping understand thoughts and real-life situations, to grow as a person, and apply to whatever. For me, it was work. I also loved the whole focus on saboteurs, which was a really insightful approach to get started.”

“She works in a creative way and with a lightness of touch which I loved.”
“Before working with Kellie, I was feeling overwhelmed with everything that was happening and the fact that most of it lay beyond my control. I know I am impatient. I was able to explore this with Kellie. She works in a very creative way and with a lightness of touch which I loved. The creativity of the approach particularly suited me. It allowed me to use my comfort with roleplay and characterisation to understand myself better.
I felt much more in charge of my impatience by the end of the sessions, having learnt a method to stop it taking charge and hijacking me. Kellie is a warm and approachable person with a generous nature.”

“Kellie helped me shift my inner dialogue to one that is kinder.”
“Working with Kellie was such a tonic, especially in this time of COVID when my anxieties are high.
Kellie helped me to realise that my thoughts are separate to myself; that I can view them from a state of curiosity from afar, instead of allowing them to quickly spiral into anxieties and catastrophising.
Kellie took time to really understand the way I speak to and view myself, and through techniques like visualisations, she helped me shift this dialogue to one that is kinder.
Kellie tailors every session to what you want to work on and discuss, is a fabulously skilled listener and has a lovely gentle tone. Kellie’s mini ‘homework’ tasks were incredibly useful and reminded me to action the things we’d discussed previously.”

“She helped me to pinpoint a block that was holding me back.”
“I had three sessions with Kellie when I was working on the opening season of Xanadu Online Theatre.
As actor, director, producer, software developer and main point of contact, I had an awful lot of balls in the air, and Kellie was very helpful in helping me to prioritise and was an objective outside eye for me to discuss ideas and challenges with.
She also helped me to pinpoint a block that was holding me back; I was aware of the block but thought its extent was much smaller than it actually was.
I would highly recommend her as a coach, whether you are looking for help in your existing endeavours, or are looking for a new direction in life.”
