Frequently asked questions.

How can you guarantee that the coaching will happen in a safe space for me?

I keep your information and our coaching conversation in the strictest of confidence.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I am bound by their rules of conduct and accountable to their code of ethics which you can view here.

I offer an introductory call before we coach, so you can ask any questions you have and get a feel for the kind of person I am. Trust within our relationship is important for coaching to be successful and I do my best to build and maintain this trust.

How do I know I will get value from the coaching?

I have trained with one of the most rigorous ICF-accredited schools for professional coaching development and use some of the best coaching tools available. I can’t wave a magic wand and make all your problems disappear. It doesn’t work like that. But, working with me, you will make progress, you will learn and grow.

You will be clear and focused within your business, and have more headspace for yourself and your family. To see what previous clients have said about working with me, click here.

I don’t have the time to do this right now. Isn’t this just going to be another thing on my to-do list?

Working on yourself and your business with a coach will save you time in the long run. If you keep on going as you are now, what will change?

Of course, you don’t need to invest in a coach – you could do this work by yourself if you have the skills and resources. Coaching will help you get there more quickly though – saving you time.

You are already too busy - doing all the things. I’d like to help you create more time for yourself, your business and your family – to feel less chaos and more calm.

I’d like to help you find focus and clarity. Working with me, you’ll get someone who really listens to you, who’ll keep you focused on your bigger goals so that you can achieve them.
