Is self doubt holding you back?

Most people experience self-doubt in some way. Some people are able to succeed in spite of it, but for others it really holds them back.

Do you want to make a shift from:

  • stuckness into action?

  • feeling self-doubt to believing in yourself?

  • self-blame to self-compassion?

  • constant indecision to taking steps towards the life and work you want?

Maybe you know you could have a bigger impact at work and in your life - if only you could shake that feeling of ‘not feeling good enough’?

Of never really feeling ready?

Perhaps your self doubt shows up in one of the following ways;

  • You often feel struck by indecision

  • You’ve been playing small - even though you know you are meant for something bigger.

  • Maybe you have an inner critic who says, ‘you’re not good enough’.

It might be disappointing to find out that we never get rid of self-doubt completely. After all, its purpose is to protect us from risk, real or perceived, and to keep us safe.

The good news is that there are ways to work with self-doubt, so that you develop a healthy sense of self-belief and feel fully resourced when it inevitably shows up.

What is self-belief coaching?

In this self-belief coaching programme, you will: 

  • Uncover the root causes of your self-doubt

  • Learn tools and strategies to use so that you feel resourced when your self-doubt shows up.

  • Develop more self-belief, self-acceptance, self-trust and self-worth.

You’ll come away with a better understanding of the causes of your self-doubt, and you will be able to recognise when, how and why it shows up. 

You’ll learn strategies to respond to your self-doubt in a healthy way and bust the beliefs that strengthen it.

And, you’ll run experiments that test the foundations of your self-doubt and be equipped with proven tools that increase your self-belief.

How does self-belief coaching work?

This coaching programme is built on my training from the world renowned Co-active Training Institute and Sas Petherick’s Self Belief Coaching Academy.

We’ll work together over a period of 3 months, which will include:

  • a 90-minute introductory session

  • six one-hour coaching sessions

  • sessions held over zoom audio call or by telephone

  • homework to complete in between the sessions

  • support in between sessions via email as needed

  • a follow-up session one month after completion

Homework in between the coaching sessions will be a combination of reflective exercises to understand your self-doubt and action-taking experiments to build your self-belief.

What is the commitment?

Whilst some of this work will be fun and exciting, sometimes it may also feel challenging - after all you will facing up to your self-doubt.

You don’t need to worry though, as I will be with you, supporting you, and championing you the whole way.

Together, we’ll get to the root cause of your self-doubt and you’ll learn how to move forwards in spite of it.

Payment for the self-belief coaching programme is £1200.

If you need a payment plan, you can pay in three monthly installments of £400.
